More donors. Same donation.

Many Canadian companies offer workplace giving programs that match employee donations to registered charities. Protect Our Winters Canada is a registered Canadian charity (BN 789126737 RR 0001), which means your gift may qualify, potentially doubling the climate impact of every dollar you give.

FAQ'S

How do I know if my employer matches donations?
The best place to start is your HR department or employee intranet. Matching programs vary widely. Some match dollar for dollar, others at 50%, and some have an annual cap. If your company doesn't have a program yet, this could be a good opportunity to suggest one.

Does my employer need any specific information about POW Canada?
Most programs just need our legal charity name and Business Number (BN). You can share the details in the box above, or forward your official donation receipt, which contains everything your employer will need.

What if my company's program is through a third-party platform?
Some employers use platforms like Benevity, YourCause, or Cybergrants to manage charitable giving. Search for "Protect Our Winters Canada" in your company's giving portal, or contact us at [email protected] and we'll help however we can.
