Originating from Aus, Ash's passion for the ski and greater outdoor industry came a little later in life - but since she found the mountains she has made them her home. Through the privilege of travelling she experienced the incredible, some of which turning into eye-opening confrontation on the effects of climate change. Holding a degree in Business Administration and years of coordination and multi-faceted industry operational experience, she has consistently searched for a greater purpose and is passionate about using her skills to make a difference.
